Format of Post is different when posted

I format the post with photos and text as I desire inside wordpress, but once I publish or even preview it on my website the format completely changes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

As some additional info, keep in mind that post formats can also be changed (“Standard” “Aside” “Video” etc) under the “Post Settings” menu. You can find more info about post formats here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-formats/

The blog i need help with is for the company I work for, but the problem is as such: I insert photos in the middle of text, and format the photos within the text so that it looks as I want it to. but then I post it to the company website and it completely changes the format. unfortunately since we have readers, i cannot post the problem live to our website.
