Formated disk – lost email access, and lost old phone number

Hi
I’m an author of DILIGITO blog.
I have this problem, because i formated disk by accident few months ago, and lost access to my email account as well as my wordpress account, also forgot to change my phone number (my old sim is inactive now).
I gained this access through my girlfriends account, who is admin on my blog, but can not accept any coments (27 waiting) because of permissions, and keep bloging as me. How can I get my account back? Please Help.
I’m registered with my real details, i can send a copy of ID to WP if necessary.
(I did wrote similar message to my email provider about account connected with my blog, which I also lost (with same story behind)).The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have got the password to account, but can’t get through second level authorization. Because old sim is inactive, also struggling with email account because it was used just for wordpress (wanted to keep it seperate not to get lost with emails).
Is there any contact with WP so i can give more details?

Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

I had a reply to sent them any paypall transaction, or blog activation link.
But I didn’t bought any upgrade, and have no access to email because there is also 2 level authentication :(
