formating text in text widgets

  How can I apply formating to text in text widgets?

  If you want to try to insert anything to the text widgets, you can only insert them in the form of HTML Codes. Direct copy and paste for image or visual basic texts will not works. That’s what I think after carrying out a few trail and error.

  What you can do is use the visual post editor to format the text the way you want it and then switch to the HTML view and copy all the stuff in there to your clipboard and then paste it into the text widget.
