  I am trying to cut and paste an xcel spreadsheet as a parent list – it loses its format. Any ideas?

  Hi,

  To post an Excel spreadsheet, you can use something like Scribd to embed it.

  However, if you want to embed the document itself, your cannot copy and paste. Like honeysilvas advised you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs. Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.
