  I’d like to bullet lists, change the font and the size, close the white space between paragraphs, etc.

  Hello there!

  The easiest way to update the post format and add bullet points, font colors, and paragraphs is probably using the Visual Editor which provides a WYSIWYG type editor. There’s a great support article on doing that here:

  You can also choose to use HTML to do that. I’m not sure how familiar you are with that, but there’s a good primer on HTML here:
