  Many a time, I copy the material for my posts from other sources. However, I want that my posts should appear in a particular format e.g. I want that their font should be the same, the size of the font should remain the same, the spacing between lines should remain the same. Is it possible, if yes, how?

  Copying and pasting from other sources and pasting into your site directly will absolutely kill your site because it brings in codes and such that either do not work here, or were written for the other site, not for yours. All the volunteers here have spent many, many hours in the past trying to help people fix their sites when they have copied and pasted directly.

  When copying and pasting from MS Word, use the “paste from Word” icon #6 on the lower row of tools in the editor.

  When copying and pasting from the web, use the “paste as plain text” icon #5 on the lower row of tools in the editor.

  Failure to do the above will, if not immediately, soon, kill your site.
