With an upgrade to the Premium or Business plan, you gain the capability to alter spacing between paragraphs. This is done by using the Customizer to add custom CSS (code) that is specific to your theme.
With the Free or Personal plan, your best option is to look for another theme where the default leading is more to your liking.
