Formatting Bullet Points

  I have just added a new post with a number of bullet points, but I want to space them out so it doesn’t look cluttered like it does now. Does anyone know how I can do this? I somehow managed to do it on the “Boro Info” page, just don’t remember how.

  I’d like to change the bullet points that come with the theme, so each bullet point is replaced with a piece of clip art I want to use. Help!
