Formatting changes don't reflect after saved

  I’m having trouble with changes made not showing up when save page. Particularly in showing spaces made between articles/posts. They are either all crammed up too close or spaced far too far apart. It happens on both static pages and on posts. More frequently on pages though I think.

  I’ve tried clearing the cache & then saving. Occasionally it will reflect but usually not. Would greatly appreciate pointers as to what I’m doing wrong. Thank you.
