Formatting changes on reloading page

  Page reformats after edits and drops all paragraphing when uploaded through PUBLISH or PREVIEW. It happens in Text and Visual mode but is not consistent (sometimes it doesn’t happen). It’s driving me nuts since I have to re-do the paragraphing, cross my fingers, and PUBLISH and hope it holds.

  I posted question to Forums this morning but can’t locate it now and have had no e-mail responses so I imagine it never made it into the queue?
