Formatting changes once I edit or add to a post

  I want a picture on the left with a comment to describe what is going on the picture. Then underneath it the same thing, and so forth. The only thing is , when I edit or add to the post the word move up ans are no longer opposite the relevent pic, how can I stop this from happening?.
