formatting for recent posts widget

  I am using the Misty Look theme, which I have made a lot of changes to: http://erinmidwife.com

  Is there a way to make format changes inside the recent posts widget? As it is they all kind of run together and I’d like to space them out (space between lines). I think I can underline them, but I’d really prefer to just increase the line spacing between post titles.

  Here’s one way which changes the padding between the entries and the height of the text lines themselves. The second line is there to put the entries in your categories widget back to normal but you can leave it out if you like the larger spaces.

  .sidebox ul li {padding:5px 0; line-height:1.6em;}
  .sidebox ul li.cat-item {padding:0; line-height:2em;}

  Thanks! So would this affect all my sidebar things, or just my Recent Posts widget?

  It will affect all your unordered lists in the sidebar. Try it and see how much is changed and whether you like it; that’s a personal preference.
