Formatting Images

  Ever since wordpress was upgraded recently it seems that the function of being able to format an imported picture so that it has a thin black border around it has vanished. I have been writing my blog for some time and every image I have uploaded in the past I edited so that it had a border of thickness ‘1’.

  Is there any way to still create a border manually on wordpress using the new system?
