formatting is not preserved in Reader
-
hello;
My blog is poetry. Line breaks are important. However, when the ‘new post’ shows up in the Reader, the line breaks are removed and all of the lines of poetry are truncated together, making it a mess (and dull).
Is there a way to tell the Reader to recognize the formatting (at least the line breaks)?
EX:
… with line breaks
me and all these children
– we’re running around in freakin circles
– and the autumn air is correctly fresh… withOUT line breaks, from the Reader
me and all these children — we’re running around in freakin circles — and the autumn air is correctly freshthanks,

View the live post, while signed in. Then edit the post, from the Blog’s screen. (The little [Edit] button.) And, you can see the post, in the editor screen. Click over to the “Text” tab (next to the “Visual” tab), and you will see the post with all of the markup in it. Then, remove all of the “<div>” and “</div>” markups.
That’s what I did, and it worked. Happy writing!
