Formatting (making the whole post not show up) and followers

    Okay, first how can I make it so the whole post doesn’t show up on the main page? I want like a teaser (I don’t know if that’s the right word) so you have to actually click the post to read the whole thing. For example, the last post I did was kind of long, I don’t want to take up a bunch of space on my home page.

    Next, I’m sure this has been answered, but how do I get bloggers to follow my blog? I’m not even sure how to find blogs to follow myself. I’d be happy to check out blogs that can help me answer this and follow you, no worries about following me back.

    1) Use either the More tag or a theme that’s built for that. There are dozens. https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

    2) Do you have the follow/subscription widget in your sidebar? Do a search of the forum for “readers” and “Viewers” and related terms and you’ll find several thousand tips on increasing your readership.
