    We’d love to help, but I found that your site is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    We can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. Please post on the WordPress.org support forum here. Folks on that forum can help you with your WordPress.org site.

    You can also consider contacting your theme support for help, as they may already have a solution for you. I noticed you’re using the Elegance theme. You’d want to contact the theme developers for assistance with this.
