Formatting page with CSS

    Hi Everyone

I’ve been building my own website for the last couple of days and found a theme that I like. Unfortunately, I don’t like the container that the blog post is in and would like my blog posts to appear on the entire page below the main menu. Furthermore, I’d like to reduce the margin/padding that the text from my contact page has within the white container.

is there a possibility to do all of this with additional CSS code?

    1) remove the white container from blog posts (turn the navy blue into a white page with a blog post in it)

    2) Reduce the distance from the text to the top of the container

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

It may be possible to achieve the result you’re looking for using CSS, but have you considered looking at themes that support Full Site Editing? Known as FSE themes, they come with a lot more flexibility. You can make most of the changes you’re looking for (such as changing the width of the container) without needing any CSS code when you use an FSE theme.

It’s worth noting that even if the demo site of an FSE theme does not match what you want, you can always customize the entire layout using the site editor. I strongly recommend giving the following a read and see if you like FSE themes. If you’d like to play with an FSE theme without affecting your live site, you can create a free site and activate an FSE theme to play around with it.
