Formatting Questions – schedule a call?

    I have a business account and I am looking to schedule a call to speak with a representative about formatting questions on my blog. Can you please email me to set up a time? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    If you have a Business upgrade, you can access live chat support from your blog’s Dashboard Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm Eastern time, or email our staff.

    For quick service you can post here knowing there is no phone support. This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.

    Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.

    Every theme has both a detailed support page like this one for example https://wordpress.com/themes/twentytwelve/ and a live demo site http://twentytwelvedemo.wordpress.com/

    Consulting those pages will assist you with theme set up.

    Formatting and spacing in blogs is different from what you might expect. Blog editors and word processors are not the same and do not work the same way. The web standard is one blank line only, so you cannot add more blank lines by pressing return repeatedly like you would do with a typewriter or in a word processing application.
