formatting – want to remove white spaces

  I have three white blank spaces I want to get rid of in this post, between screen shots and pieces of text. These spaces don’t appear when I’m in editing mode in the browser, and they also don’t appear in MarsEdit which I use as my blogging client on mac.

  Any help would be much appreciated, I can’t figure out the formatting of this.
