Former employee has hijacked one of my blogs
-
A former employee has locked me out of one of my blogs. She created the blog for me. It is one of several connected to my wordpress. She changed it to where she is the administrator and I am just a contributor. What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

She created the blog for me.
Then she owns the blog and you and/or your company do not own it. And, after you read what I post below you will know why I would never in a million years have anyone register a blog for me. WordPress.COM is a turnkey operation and no one needs to know how to code to blog here. Anyone who has good reading comprehension skills does not need a web designer or anyone else to register any blog on their behalf.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.
Only the blog’s owner can transfer blog ownership of any blog and upgrades to another WordPress.COM username account and associated email address by making them an official user of the blogs ie. an Admin first, and then using this process https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

Also note that making anyone else an Admin of any blog is risky and that is why it is not recommended https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
Nothing is off-limits for Administrators, including deleting the entire site. This is why we recommend having only one administrator per blog.
