Formidable Forms not mailing to my address / Google Maps not loading

Dear Support Team,
Please note I am the custodian of http://www.acesocloud.com (and http://www.inovaare.com, which we will be adding later) and we’re having two problems with our ThemeForest Stratus template:
1. Formidable Forms setup appears to be done correctly but the emails are not being sent. Can you help us solve this problem? If people register for a demo, we want to actually know about it.
2. I entered the longitude and latitude in the Contact page and the map is all grayed out with a message, ‘This is developers only’ — a Google Maps popup says that this map can’t be loaded correct and asks Do you own this website? Can you help us solve this probelm?Thank you very much! I look forward to your reply.

Hi Tom,
I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
