    Hi — I’m getting this error when submitting the form: ‘An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again (undefined)’. I’m using on [device]. Attached is a screenshot. Please advise.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there @chorokazoz,

    I’ve checked and it seems your website isn’t hosted with WP.com, but is a self-hosted site using the open-source WP.org software.

    You’ll need to contact the plugin author or their support forums directly for assistance. You can also visit this forum I found for you here.
