Forminator/Mailchimp API Confirmation?

    Hi there –

    I am using the Mailchimp API/Forminator for subscriptions to our website. According to the settings I’ve filled out, once they submit, it should redirect them to our get involved page and then there should be a message that says “Thank you, your sign-up request was successful! Please check your email inbox to confirm.”

    However, after a submission is made it re-directs them to the correct page but there is no confirmation pop-up or even text on the bottom where the form is letting them know it was successful. This is leading to people thinking they did not sign up and that there is an error.

    Any ideas?
