  In order to add those details to your sidebar, you can install a text widget on your site:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

  Or, if you’d prefer to keep your personal information hidden, but install a contact form on your site, you can do the following:
  en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
