  Outside of a contact form, is there a way to build a form that is a little more complex within wordpress? like more questions, ability to upload documents and respond to the questions, almost like a survey but more functionality?

  Hi,

  There are some other options listed in the Forms support page. I don’t have any experience with these, but Wufoo and JotForm seem quite versatile.
