All of a sudden the file path that used to show up in my form for customers to attach their blueprint for quoting is blank. The blueprint goes to my media library and they do get a notification that file was submitted successfully when they select the submit button. The problem is that they are abandoning the form because the file path is blank and gives them a sense that they are not attaching a file from their computer.
