  I want to create a form which acts as a questionnaire type thing and emails people their answers after they have pressed submit.
  People will be answering the questions with numbers, so I’d need the form to add up peoples answers and email them the correct response accordingly. Is this possible using WordPress? preferably without a plugin as I don’t know if my company allows them. If this isn’t possible, any suggestions for what I could do instead would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

  Hi @kwebb2003, so it’s like a quiz? I think CrowdSignal can support that. And we have some information on adding it to a WordPress.com site here:
