Forms are getting stuck

All of our forms (created in Gravity forms) are getting stuck on the website and are not getting sent to emails. I even tried using Ninja Forms and the same thing happened. I would like to refer to this issue as the emails are getting stuck in the “upside down”. <Stranger Things reference>
Does anyone have any suggestions??
