Form's Email Field Wrong Colour

I have a contact form Here where the Email field appears white instead of black. How do I get it to appear with black background same as the other fields? Here is the code for this form.

You cannot control the color of the background displayed on the recipient’s email account.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you mean here. “Recipient’s email account” (?)
It’s my form on my website. See the “Here” link. When the message is submitted it is sent to my email address. There was a time when the form on this page had a black background in the email field same as the other form fields. Don’t know why that still isn’t the case. Please clarify what you are saying? Thanks.
