forms not being emailed to me

  I have a WordPress site and all messages are supposed to be worded to my gmail site… I respond to them all. But after a dozen people claimed I never responded, I went into WordPress and looked at all the messages and saw that dozens had never been forwarded. They weren’t in my spam. Just never forwarded. All seem to be from aol or yahoo addresses. What can I do to make sure that ALL the messages from my site are forwarded to me? I am losing valuable business because of this…
