  To create a forum on that site you’ll need a plugin. The most popular forum plugin for WordPress it bbPress – these forums, as well as the WordPress.org forums, also run on that plugin. You can install that plugin by searching for it under Plugins ->Add New in WP-Admin for your site, and for any help with that plugin you can go to https://bbpress.org/
