Forms only visible to specific users
-
I am using Gravity Forms for setting up Forms in my WordPress. I wonder is there a way to set a form only visible to certain users (e.g. User ID 1, 3, 7, 10…). As I know the visibility of a form can be set according to user roles or groups. Is there a way to set certain users only no matter they come from same group or not?
Thanks for your advice.

Hi there,
On what site are you trying to do this? I see you have a self-hosted WordPress site in your account. If you’re using the Gravity Forms plugin on that site, best to contact Gravity Forms directly to ask how to do that.
Failing that, the users in the self-hosted WordPress forums might be able to help you:

Thank you for your reply. But my site was registered on WordPress.com (not org) and i joined the business plan. I guess this should be the correct forum to post.

Ah, sorry, my mistake.
It would still be best to contact the developer of the Gravity Forms plugin, though. While you can use the plugin here as part of the Business Plan, we did not create that plugin and know no more about it than what appears in the public documentation.
You can contact the Gravity team here:

I also want to note that as a Business Plan owner you have 24 hours access to live chat support during the week and US business hours over weekends, and priority email support whenever chat is not available. You really don’t need to post in the forums for help with your site :)
You can reach live chat via this link: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
