  Hi All,

  I planning to build a responsive design web application using wordpress. The application will have a forms component that will allow users to choose different form type to fill. I am looking for a robust forms widget (both free or paid) that integrates well with wordpress is easy to customize, has advance functionality to build calculated fields, choice fields etc.
