Forms with WordPress

  Is it possible, with WordPress, to create a website with login and register that provides printable, savable and pdf exportable forms for each user? Can a hardworker NON-PROGRAMMER do it or life is not that easy?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are you looking to do can not be accomplished on the WordPress.com platform, but may be doable with a self-hosted WordPress site. This forum covers WordPress.com hosted websites only.
