Fortune theme – clickable phone number Mobile view only

  I am using the Fortune theme. I am looking to display a click to call number on Mobile at the top of somewhere visible when the user goes to the website and is in Mobile View. Right the Location section of the Front Page is last on the page. One option: could this prioritize to 1 (below featured image) just on Mobile. Right now I have a media query set up to display a phone number on Max 600 pixels but it is not clickable. Thank you in advance.
