  IS there a forum included with WordPress?

  Is this the blog you are talking about http://teaminfernal.wordpress.com/ ? If so, then no there is no forum included, nor can one be added directly.

  You will have to host one elsewhere, such as on one of the online forum hosting sites and then link to it from your blog.

  If your blog was self-hosted using the software from wordpress.ORG, you could integrate bbPress directly into it.
