Hi rmalf,
You can also get email and live chat support for a small monthly fee. Prices start at 3 bucks a month. Check it out here:

As a forum volunteer explained a few days ago…

…it is very likely that you cannot access your blog’s dashboard because you are using the wrong username. You’re posting in the WordPress.com forums via an account with the name “rmalf” which is attached to a deleted site “Rivota”. Perhaps if you log out from there and log in with your correct credentials for your other sites you might have more luck.
Try logging in to https://gwenniesworld.wordpress.com/wp-admin
If you don’t remember what the correct username is, try the account recovery form.

Howdy!
I’ll be happy to answer your question(s). Can you share some more details about what you need help with? Generally we can help you quicker if you provide details of your problem and also the site URL that you need help with.
You can get in touch with WordPress.com support via this form.
As @ jjberg83 mentioned, live chat and private email support are features of WordPress.com Personal, Premium, and Business plans.

If you still believe you need a “specialist” to solve this question (or another question), please type “modlook” in the tags section on the right and an employee will get back to you.
To clarify what jjberg83 said: paid upgrades come with the possibility of getting email and live chat support. If you don’t have a paid upgrade, you can request support via the forums (but an employee may follow up with you via email if it’s a sensitive manner or if it involves confidential information).
