Forum editor improvements-Preview and Edit own posts

  I found that editor of forum posts, doesn’t have some important functions, that other forums have.
  The editor accepts some markups and strips other (e.g. see https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/import-stripped-and-html-tags-in-comments?replies=2#post-2602856). It is very important to have Preview tab or button to allow user to see how post will look.

  It’s also will be good to add an ability to edit my own posts(in case if I found some errors in it) .

  Earlier I’ve also suggested to add attachment functionality(https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/add-ability-to-insert-attachments-in-forum-posts).
