WordPress, I love you, I haven’t had issues with my blog or many odd errors (only once, nothing game-breaking, minor glitch) and I really REALLY REALLY want my New Year’s Resolution to be fulfilled by you guys.
I’d like you all to provide Forum Hosting, you can have a Free and Premium Package, depending on size.
Free:
50 GB of space, any filetype/etc
Full FTP access, 1 account
MySQL database compatibility
Can use vBulletin (provided we send you our info to verify we’re legit) or any other forum software that we have license to or is free/open-source.
Blog integration with forums
Bandwidth limit of 100 GBs per month.
CSS ability for the forums (skinning, etc).Premium:
More space, more bandwidth, more access to everything, etc.Anyways there’s a ton of free forums hosts out there that are not worth raindeer droppings, and many paid hosts that are just as bad. Please please for the love of the Holidays do something wonderful for your users, even if its only-paid forum hosting its better then nothing!!!
Of course if anyone has any free forum host alternatives, ones that don’t suck, feel free to let me know on my blog.
