  I believe that WordPress.com should allow for the moot.it plugin to be pre programed into Dashboard. This would, in my opinion be very valuable.

  If there is a way that I can make this forum contained on the site already, I would like to know. However, I have not yet been able to find a way of creating a page and pasting the embeding information.

  At present there are no chatboxes or forums I am aware of that can be embedded into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
