Forum redesign

Okay, so this isn’t working for me. How many clicks till we get to the threads? Is it entirely tag-dependent now? I have better things to do than retroactively tag other people’s threads.

It appears to have been a momentary blip. Staff’s remark about big changes coming made me antsy.
Everything vanished except the box at the bottom with each “forum” listed. Click on the Support link and get a blank page with the box to post a new thread on top and nothing but tags on the right. I was like, “okay, who thinks THAT is a good idea.” God knows how techies think. There’s probably some guy at Microsoft who saw that too and went “oh, cool! Let me make notes.”

I’m so out of the loop I’m not aware of any big changes announcement, but I’m glad it was just a blip. I am sure though, that someone from MSFT *did* see it and probably even got a screenshot and will be implementing it somewhere, sometime. :)

I think it’s either http://celebritysmackblog.com or http://dailystab.com that has those. Maybe she makes them up, maybe they’re original. Every day she posts one, though, so I’ll see if I can find it for you. I check both those blogs daily as part of my gossip blogging gig.
