    Seriously, what if I want to send an error report? How in forks name do I contact someone at this company?

    With a free site this is the place for support. Buy an upgraded plan and you’ll get email and Livechat support with staff.
    PS: After clicking the “Launch site” button ensure that you leave blank the field at the top that says “Enter a name or keyword”. Instead just click on “skip purchase” at the bottom right next to your new free address and then click on continue with free at the top on the next page.
