[Forums] Auto WordPress.org posting

  There are a lot of people with self-hosted blogs that post support threads here rather than on WordPress.org (as evident from the tag map on the front page). Would it be possible to have some sort of auto-post feature, where if a thread gets tagged a stock response is automattically given and the user is redirected to WordPress.org?

  Even better are the forums similar enough to coordinate some sort of auto-post feature on WordPress.org, so if a thread was tagged as such here it would be auto-posted there (notifying the user)? Even better than that is there some way to make it clearer to users the difference between the two and help them find the right place. I know there’s a page describing the differences but many don’t find out about said page until someone here shows it to them. Maybe something at the top saying “Hosted with GoDaddy, BlueHost, etc? Try the forums over here on WordPress.org.”

  Just trying to think if there’s some way to better handle the distinction so everyone, supporters and supportees alike, may be able to get where they’re going a bit quicker.
