    Our organization woke up this this message this morning:

    ‘Forward Chicago’ is not available at the domain forwardchicago.org right now. There’s a problem with the mapping for this domain. If you are the site owner, please log into your WordPress.com account for more information

    There is no information on my account. There was nothing that caused this to happen on our end. What should we do?

    Hi there – You’ll need to reach out to the admin user Karen because they are the owner of the two upgrades that need renewing. Once logged in, they can visit Upgrades > Purchases, and renew the expired plan which will also renew the domain mapping and get the site working again.
