Forwarded email address saying it's invalid

    I have a premium account with WordPress and chose to create an email to forward to my existing personal email account. My forwarded email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). It should be forwarding to my personal email but I’ve heard from some clients that when they tried to send me an email it bounced back saying it was invalid. I have this email address on all my business cards, website and all my social media accounts so it is very important for me to have this fixed ASAP. Please let me know what needs to be done.     Hey there!

    Can you confirm whether or not this forwarding email address ever worked for you? I’ll start troubleshooting the issue for you asap, but it’ll be helpful for me to know if you tested that email address, and if it ever worked for you.

    NOTE: If you’d like to send a test message, it MUST be done from a different email account than you are forwarding to.
