  How can I add the feature “forward to a friend” to my blog page?

  You can’t forward a post by email because of potential problems with spammers, but you can sign up with somewhere like http://www.feedburner.com/ and add the subscription link into a text widget. Call it “Click here to subscribe” (or use an image which looks like an email) and it should work well.
