Forwarding a URL to WordPress

  Can I forward a specific webpage to a WordPress blog. I am going to maintain a schools website but I would like to do it through WordPress instead of having to change a bunch of HTML and upload all changes to their server. Can I have the webpage http://www.town.mec.edu/schoolname/ redirected to a WordPress blog but still make the original URL appear in the address bar?

  If you purchase a domain of your own either through wordpress or through a domain registry and pay wordpress.com for a domain mapping upgrade then you can achieve what you want. If you don’t then you can’t.

  Cant I setup direct web page forwarding?
