Forwarding domain from Strato.de

  Hello,

  I have a problem and I hope you can help me. I have two domains (www.eckental-immobilien.de to eckentalimmobilien.wordpress.com and http://www.alpanet.de to alpanetde.wordpress.com) hosted by Strato with forwarding to wordpress.com. The forwarding doesn´t work since few days!! Strato says the problem lies by wordpress.com. Is it true or not? Maybe it is possible for you to tell me my options, because it is very urgent for me.   You seem to be using some sort of domain forwarding or forward & mask – WordPress.COM does not provide support for that, you need to work with your registrar

  Domain forwarding has some issues at times as does forward and mask

  The preferred method is Domain Mapping $ 13.-/yr

  If you have email attached to the custom domain then a bit more work will be needed for it to work
