Forwarding old blog address to new hosted site?

  How do I have traffic that goes to a link from an old blog post forward to the exact same post that is not hosted on GoDaddy?

  Can i be that specific?

  old site:
  http://nutbucketfilms.wordpress.com/

  new site:
  http://nutbucketfilms.com

  If I cannot be that specific, I would be fine with the whole site being redirected. i tried the redirect plugin and it works if someone goes to http://nutbucketfilms.wordpress.com/ but if they go to a specific entry there is an error message saying the page doesn’t exist.

  Help?

  I typed “site redirect” into the search box.
  This was the result > http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/

  Are you leaving WordPress.com? Would you like to redirect yourblogname.wordpress.com (as well as all of your permalinks) to your new domain name? Have you recently changed your blog address and need to redirect traffic to the new name? That’s what the Site Redirect upgrade does, and managing the redirect is very simple.
