    “The blog I need help with is markteverson.com.”…Even this is incorrect – my sites are sohofoundry.org & foundrysoho.com – I can’t reach these unless I go via http://sohofoundry.org/2011/10/29/soho-foundry/ !! WordPress have seriously fucked my business!

    http://sohofoundry.org/ works just fine. The link you give goes only to one specific blog post there.

    Have you actually gone through http://learn.wordpress.com? Do so.

    This topic is definitely not closed.
    I am now getting insulting messages from wordpress! This adds to my frustration that you have not provided the service I am paying for.

    The site I have had for 4 years, spent a lot of time building, and rely on its existence for the community project to succeed – is now jeopardised by your failings.

    The site can only now be accessed from http://sohofoundry.org/2011/10/29/soho-foundry/. We pay for sohofoundry.org and foundrysoho.com/ Obviously, we want to access the site from these addresses.

    On INSTRUCTION from wordpress last week, we deleted http://sohofoundrydotorg1.wordpress.com/. But this is the URL that our traffic is directed to!!!!

    Please resolve this immediately, and do so in a professional manner.
